Nature is fascinating.

Today I was pulling weeds in a garden, had to get a shovel for a plant called "alfalfa". A plant that may be easy to pull like the others, but they have very large roots, much bigger than the plant itself. The roots were also very fibrous but when dry is very woody. Thankfully cows and horses love it.
What other crazy plants have yall come arcoss?

The roots do seem to be like twice as long as the plant itself, haha.
