Day dreaming can be so wonderful when escaping from the real world or wishing something was true, just be careful not to get carried away and never come back to reality. What are some things you love to day dream about, some adventure or maybe romance?

A daydream isn't like a dream while sleeping. It's a story you make up in your mind and using your imagination and you have full control unlike a dream asleep.

I used to daydream 24/7 at school. I hated it so much. Too much stress.
