A mysterious monster known as the Black Flame
Ajarakan
Recognizable by the distinctive shell that covers their backs, these beasts become more active during the Firespring, rubbing their shells together to make them red-hot.
Rompopolo
A monster that lives in areas where the oilsilt is deepest.
These unique creatures have adapted to the harsh environment.

The Monster Hunter Wilds Beta test includes character creation, a Story Trial, and a Doshaguma Hunt. Come and see the Windward Plains' diverse ecosystem for yourself!
Additionally, character creation data from the Open Beta Test can be carried over into the full game. You can edit your character as many times as you like during the beta, so please use this opportunity to create your perfect hunter and Palico. (Note: Game progress will not carry over.)
Those who participate in the Open Beta Test will receive a Pendant and an item pack in the full release. These will be distributed as downloadable content. We hope you have fun decorating your weapon and Seikret when the game releases.
